I’m a multi-media artist living in Northland, New Zealand.
My sculptures are an exploration of my passion for texture, patterns and experimentation’s with light. I love repetition. Although in each series of my work pieces are all similar and connected, each one is hand-made and unique if only by a small difference.
I like using natural materials, such as clay, wood and metals in my sculpture work and am fascinated with the transformation of these materials by torching, firing and lighting as well as chemical reactions.
My works often stem from my love of nature, my travel experiences and missions of self and personal fulfillment.
